A Better Alternative to Ordinary Vitamin and Minerals Nutrition Supplements

Many individuals spend hundreds even thousands of dollars a month on vitamins and Many individuals spend hundreds even thousands of dollars a month on vitamins and minerals nutrition supplements. Most of these individuals have cabinets and shelves full of food supplements and take as many as 20 or more pills every day. They do this to supposedly avoid having major diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, obesity, etc. Of course for some, the pills create a positive effect in their bodies and in their lives. Some of these people report that they feel stronger after taking the food supplement and that common sickness such as cough and cold are now a thing of the past. But the big questions are? Do they really have to take that many vitamin and minerals nutrition supplements? Do they really know which ones work and which ones don’t? Do they really have to spend that much money on food supplements every month? Isn’t there a single food supplement that can help people avoid diseases and live long, happy and healthy lives?

Sure, we need vitamin and minerals nutrition supplements now more than ever because of our stressful lifestyles and because of other factors such as pollution and depletion of our soils of nutrients. But it is really not recommended and necessary to take 10 or more food supplements everyday just to stay healthy. In fact, people who take several supplements may not realize that they are taking the same stuff just packaged and marketed differently for its company to sell as many bottles as possible to fetch in more dollars. Sadly, this seems to be the prevailing practice in the healthy supplement industry.
